Theory
Mechanical fault type detection: based on the measurement data of the vibration sensor/sonic sensor, the big-data core of software will determine the mechanical fault type including: External noise, fan motor aging, overloading, internal loosening, external discharge, DC bias.
Partial Discharge typedetection: based on the measurement data of the UHF/HFCT sensor, the big-data core of software will determine the PD type including: Corona, Floating, Insulating.
Partial DischargeLocalization: based on the timestamp difference of the electrical sensor and Ultra sonic sensor, the distance between the partial discharge location and the ultra-sonic sensor position can be calculated, and be on the PD relative distance to multiple ultrasonic sensors, the Partial Discharge can located.
